Naismith, the Captain of the Lirath Guards is looking for something of value.

Bribe him with the right item, and he will give you a way into an elusive store.

The quest:

First off, obtain the Golden Key from the Rocklar. (From the Valeris cliff, u, s, e)

From the south gate of Lirath, 8s, e, 5n, ne, e, ne, s, e, s, e, 2s, e, 2u (Selune, Yevaud, Daemonger autoattack you here), e, kill the Guardian, take his statue.

Then put the golden key in a backpack/bag or drop the key and go out, 2d, w, n, 2w, sw, n, then hold hands (or have your weapons destroyed), enter mirror, n, w, u, enter flames (weapons can now be equipped)

Find Naismith in Lirath. (usually around the northeast corner) "bribe naismith" when you are alone in the room with him (Being alone includes NPC and summons such as wyverns, birds, and warhorses.). He gives you the bm pass.

The Armour shop is to the west.

The Weapon shop to the east.
